Board Members
There are five (5) members of the Board of Directors for the District who live inside the District and were elected by residents of the District:
Michael Abshire, President, (Term Expires: 5/2029)
Sonyan Stephens, Vice President, (Term Expires: 5/2029)
Jennifer Flores, Secretary, (Term Expires: 5/2029)
Mark Van Dyck, Assistant Secretary, (Term Expires: 5/2027)
David Johnson, Assistant Secretary, (Term Expires: 5/2027)
Meeting Location
The District generally meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 12:00 p.m. at the offices of Municipal Operations & Consulting, 1817 North Mason Road, Katy, Texas, 77449.
Residents of the district have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the district under Section 49.062(g), Water Code. A description of this process can be found at https://www.tceq.texas.gov/
