NFBWA: Fee Rate Increase
The North Fort Bend Water Authority (“NFBWA”) is a governmental entity charged with reducing the use of groundwater within its boundaries, which includes Big Oaks MUD. NFBWA sets a fee paid by all users of Big Oaks MUD, which increased to $4.00 per 1,000 gallons of water used effective January 1, 2019. Big Oaks MUD has no control over this fee.
